Coaching Call: Cheerleaders & Saboteurs – Alcohol and Eating out

Spring is here – a season of new beginnings, fresh energy, and growth. But it’s also the time when our calendars start to fill up with barbeques, break-up parties, family gatherings, and end-of-year celebrations. With these social events comes more opportunities to drink, overindulge, and feel the pull of busy schedules. That’s why it’s so important to look at the role our social circle plays in shaping our choices – sometimes making them easier, sometimes making them harder.

In this interactive coaching workshop, you’ll learn how to identify the “cheerleaders” who encourage your goals, the “saboteurs” who may (knowingly or unknowingly) derail your efforts, and how to navigate tricky situations like social pressure around food and alcohol. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to prepare in advance so you can feel confident and supported on your health journey.
