Caring about how good we look in a bikini might not be our top priority anymore (thank goodness!), but understanding what makes up the skin we are in is a key element to living a life full of vitality. In this workshop with Amelia and Dr Jasmina we will help you understand your physical body better, and explain why our body composition has such a key impact on our health and energy.
