In this live workshop, we’ll explore the signs of stress, anxiety, and depression, how they often show up in women, and the simple strategies that can help you feel more balanced, calm, and in control again.

We’ll introduce the DASS-21, a practical self-check tool that helps you reflect on where you’re at right now—without judgment.
