Who is the 14 Day Vitality Reset for?
This reset is for women in midlife who want to better understand what their body needs right now, and what eating, movement and healthy habits can actually look like at this stage of life.
Can I choose when to start?
Yes. The reset starts on a Monday, and you can choose whichever Monday works best for you after signing up.
Will the meal plan be tailored to my dietary requirements?
The meal plan includes simple swap suggestions to help you adapt meals around different dietary preferences and needs.
Do I need to follow the supplements recommendations?
No. Supplements are optional and designed to complement the foundations — nutrition, movement, sleep and daily habits. We always encourage women to focus on those foundations first, then use supplements as additional support where needed.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
The workouts are designed so that you can do them at home or at the gym. Beginners can get started with light dumbbells or simple household alternatives like water bottles, while those with more training experience will find progressions that match a higher fitness level.
What happens if I don’t follow the plan exactly?
That’s completely okay. This reset is designed to fit into real life. Some women follow every recipe and workout, while others focus on improving a few key habits over the two weeks. Both approaches are completely fine.
How long do I get to keep it for?
You’ll keep access to the reset permanently, so you can revisit the meal plans, workouts and resources anytime you need a reset or want to get back on track.
What happens after the reset?
